	The building will be 27,500 sq. ft.  It will be frame construction on a concrete slab foundation.  Building will have an office complex, classrooms for all ages, a kitchen and a family life center.  In addition, a large foyer will lead to a sloped floor sanctuary which can seat 400 plus persons initially, but is designed so it can be expanded to seat in excess of 600.  The family life center is 8500 sq. ft. and will serve many functions, including dining for up to 400 persons and a full range of youth sports activities.
The exterior of the building will be a combination of natural stone and dri-vet.  Parking for 200 autos will be provided initially, with expansion planned for 300 autos without further site dirt work.  Parking will be toward the rear and West of the building. Planning for the building started four years ago, but did not become a probability until the funds were raised internally by the congregation and suitable loans were obtained.  The economic downturn and a historical rainy season last year further delayed start of the new facility.  Construction progress has been very good during 2010.  The new facility should be completed and in use during the first quarter of 2011.
